Montana (backyard) Wildlife

August 12, 2014 by Jason Savage 8 Comments

Testing out my new Canon 500mm f4L IS II  and 2XmkIII extender the other night, and couldn’t resist photographing the local whitetails in our backyard here in Montana. All I can say is wow! The image quality is superb and so is the autofocus. I am looking forward to putting together a review on this soon as it’ s become an even more versatile telephoto then the older version.

What a wanker. Who does stuff like that? I always like your videos and save them to my favorites, Andy’s too, so that I can rip off your ideas for my own music…

I’ve used greenstuff before for mold-making when I just needed a part or two. One of my eldar has an arm made entirely of it. Some internal bracing on anything that big and long is a must. Greenstuff is kinda floppy and flexible on it’s own. (wow, Smilin’ Bob would be proud of that bit of text)You can also use stuff like thinly-brushed on veggie oils for release agents. And it’ll probably clean off easier then vaseline.

that, I don’t think I’ve ever felt the need to go after something at all costs, so I don’t think I can grasp the “why” he chose to go that route. He truly seems sorry at the hurt and anguish that his choices have caused. I hope he can find another path and find some peace.
