I thought I would share a few images from this year’s Glacier National Park Workshop in Montana now that I’m back getting some images edited from my spring and summer trips. As per usual Glacier did not disappoint and as per usual I was reluctant leave:(

Fortunately I will be returning soon to conduct my fall workshop and in the meantime here are a few images of our wanderings this go around.

As I’m catching up on some much overdue editing here, I thought I would share a few images from this year’s Rocky Mountain Front Photography Workshop in Montana. We timed it just right this year with spectacular wildflowers and perfect weather. Spring in Montana is pretty hard to beat, especially in the foothills of the Rocky Mountain Front, enjoy!

Rocky Mountain Front, Montana

Rocky Mountain Front Montana
Sawtooth Peak, Rocky Mountain Front

Not a bad place to spend  your morning:) Abbey my lab and I went up to scout out some new locations and check out the wildflower scene around the Rocky Mountain Front near Augusta, Montana yesterday.

As I was walking the foothills around Sawtooth, I was once again reminded of just how incredible and unspoiled of a wilderness area the Rocky Mountain Front is and how important it is for us to protect such a place for future generations.

I was up near the Rocky Mountain Front earlier in the week and took this shot early morning near Augusta, Montana. Very cold morning with the wind blowing but still no snow to speak of. Winter so far in Montana has been off to a slow start and doesn’t look too promising at least going into next week. Oh well, I suppose we have until May until winter releases it’s grip here and I’m sure something will be coming sooner or later!
